The Principal's Office

The door to the principal’s office is open at all hours, although you will only find Hester at the receptionist’s desk from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This is primarily where you can have private conversations with her. Though there’s an actual office in the back, it is always closed and locked.

[Angus knocks on the door before entering (she's been polite so far) and stops a few feet from the desk.]

Did you find out what sort of wizard he is?

Oh, Angus! [Hester snaps her powder compact shut when he enters, setting it down next to her open laptop to look at him.]

I did, actually. We had a long talk last night and when I asked he said he was specifically a Wizard of Order? If that makes sense.

[mcfife]

Order of what? [They have to join some kind of society. Unless this is a rogue wizard.] Or do you mean like organizing things?

[tailor_made]

Just Order. So yes, organizing, putting things how they should be. [She shrugs her shoulder slightly.] He doesn't have an Order, like your Chaos Wizards. He just has me.

[mcfife]

I believe the Chaos Wizards serve the opposite of Order.

[Heh heh]

So, if he wants things where they belong, he should return us home. Some of us have countries to lead.

[tailor_made]

He said you'd say something like that. [She starts to lean her cheek onto her hand but stops herself, lest she smear her foundation.] I'm curious, Angus- what's the last thing you remember before waking up here?

[mcfife]

[He opens his mouth and pauses. His memory isn't faltering.]

I had been on fighting atop the citadel of Dundee. We had finally defeated Zargothrax and were watching his body crumble into liquid dust.

...Is he somehow still alive?

Oh no, he's very dead. [Part of that answer does give her pause though and she glances at her laptop screen.] "Liquid dust" though?

[mcfife]

Liquid dust. Dust flowing like liquid. Dead.

[Its a very normal way to describe dust.]
